Alpha Engineering Solutions was borne from the merger of 3 companies, all with a similar goal, to offer an all round ENGINEERING SOLUTION.

The company can offer capacity for manufacture of press tools, large scale turning right through to high quality Precision and large batch components. We can service the requirement for many markets including the scientific, ceramic and printing industries. Our highly skilled team can assist in the development of prototypes as well as having the capacity for the production of batch components.

The use of modern machine tools results in tolerances of 5 micron being maintained. Materials used can be as diverse and specialised as stainless steel alloys, aluminium alloys, mild steels, ceramics, plastics and pure element metals.

The Company also holds a ISO 9001 certification to ensure that standards of quality are not only reached, but are maintained to give the customer added confidence.
